Dear customer,
It all started with a trip to the local mall back in the spring of 2005. I had no idea that this would be the day that sparked the beginning of Fun4Kidz.
My son and daughter′s eyes lit up when they saw the Wowie Zowie gumball machine.
The money drops, the handle turns, the machine jumps to life and suddenly curious onlookers are treated to a kinetic entertainment show. Watch the Ball!
It starts by climbing up an augur before transcending through a multitude of gears and teeters, culminating with a spin in the tornado spiral.
It′s entertainment vending at its best.
We started by buying a gumball machine. That′s right, a gumball machine. Over the years this grew to include kid′s rides, capsule vending, plush cranes,
redemption machines and most recently ATM machines. Our comprehensive solutions can be found in malls, supermarkets and restaurants around the Lower
Mainland. Even today kids vending remains our core business.
The next big evolution occurred in the fall of 2006. My partner and I had taken our children to a small local indoor soft-play structure.
We were sitting there enjoying a coffee and discussing business. Just another day... That′s when the kids came running up all excited about the big slide.
They wanted us to come up and see it. Unfortunately the structure wasn′t built for adults and it was difficult to join them in the excitement. This got us
talking about how we would design the structure differently. The rest is history as we launched our own play centre called guess what - Fun4kidz.
The Aberdeen Centre location was based on a simple mission statement - a play centre should be a clean, safe and fun place for kids and parents to
interact. This is evolving as we are introducing educational offerings in 2009.
The whole experience has been wonderful and the growth nothing short of phenomenal. We have brought smiles and laughter to kids and parents alike.
