  • How old do kids have to be to play at Fun4kidz?
    Our playground is appropriate for kids once they can walk. Our structure is built to hold adults so anyone can play in it. If you are using our drop and shop service, all children must be at least 4.5 years of age.
  • Are socks required to enter the facility?
    Yes, socks are required and they are also available for purchase.
  • What should my kids wear to play?
    All kids should wear comfortable clothing as that is easiest for them to navigate through the playground. Longer pants are better than shorts so you don’t stick going down the fast slide.
  • Does your location have wheelchair and stroller access?
    Yes. There are elevators located in the mall for your convenience.
  • Can I bring my own food and drinks into the facility? Do you sell food and drinks?
    Yes, you may bring in your own food and drinks. We have a small selection of snacks, drinks and candies for sale.
  • Can I bring food or drinks into the playground?
    No. We ask all children and adults refrain from eating and drinking in the playground. This is for sanitary purposes. All drinks and food must remain in the seating area only. This applies to the toddler area as well.
  • Can I drop my child off?
    Yes, if they are at least 4.5 years old. For drop and shop, the child can only be left a maximum of 2 hours and you must stay in the mall while they are here. You cannot leave the mall under any circumstance. The child must be able to play independently in the playground. To use this service, you need to have a Canadian or American cell phone in case we need to reach you.
  • What type of security measures do you have in place?
    When you purchase an admission ticket, each child and adult entering the facility are given a wristband. For Drop and Shop, each child’s wristband has the parent’s phone number in case we need to call them. When a child is dropped off, the parent is issued a wristband that matches their child. This is needed for pick up. If the parent does not have the wrist band we would need to see photo identification from the parent. Only the parent that dropped the child off, can pick up the child. We monitor the entrance to ensure that no children run out on their own. When a child is here with their parent, it is up to the parent to supervise their child at all times.
  • Are deposits required for party bookings?
    Yes, parties require a deposit at the time of booking, and deposits are non-refundable.
  • How will my party run?
    Party Duration: All parties last 2 1/2 hours. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your reserved time. Check-In: Sign in at the front counter. Each guest receives a wristband matching your party's color. Admission: Adults pay a $4.00 fee. Party parents may cover additional adults' fees if desired. Supervision: Parents may drop off kids with party parents' permission. Food & Drinks: Outside food and drinks are allowed, excluding nuts. Utensils available for purchase at $9.99. Party Room: Shoes and jackets can be stored in the party room. Decorations: No helium tanks, pinatas, glitter, or confetti. Decorations to be placed on party table only. Meal Timing: Recommended to start meal after 60 minutes of play. Consider delivery times for pizza. Payment: Settle the remaining balance of your bill for the party 5 minutes before party ends. Charged only for attending children. Only babies that their parents are holding are free. Goody Bags: Distribute goody bags before departure. Cleanup is handled by staff. Exit Procedure: Ensure all children leave with the correct adult. Wait until all guests have departed before exiting.
  • How will my private party run?
    Party Duration: Private parties last 2 1/2 hours and can be booked any day. Early Arrival: Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your reserved time to avoid disruption. Check-In: Sign in at the front counter. Parents sign in their attending children. Drop-off allowed with party parents' permission. Admission: Adults staying for the party pay $4.00 each. Parental supervision preference is up to the party parents. Food & Drinks: Outside food and drinks allowed, excluding nuts. Utensils available for purchase at $9.99. Party Area: Use any available table in the play center. Kids can store shoes and jackets at the front area. Decorations: No helium tanks, pinatas, glitter, or confetti. Decorations only on party table. Meal Timing: Recommended to start meal after 60 minutes of play. Cake suggested after meal. Extra playtime available if time permits. Payment: Settlement of remaining balance required 10 minutes before party end. Charged only for attending children and adults. Goody Bags: Distribute goody bags before departure. Clean-Up: Staff handles party clean-up. Pack up personal belongings. Ensure all children exit with the correct adult. Please Note: Parties must finish on time to avoid a $50 late fee.
  • Is there a washroom available at the facility?
    There are no washroom facilities within the party area. We recommend ensuring children use the restroom prior to the party.
  • Can food be taken outside of the party area?
    No, food cannot leave the designated party area.
  • Are there any restrictions on party decorations?
    Let's keep the glitter outside the party zone! We don't allow helium tanks, piñatas, glitter, or confetti. Also, when decorating, please stick to taping items to the walls.
  • What party supplies should be brought by the host?
    Each party must bring their own cups, plates, napkins, and forks. These items can be supplied for a fee.
  • Can parties arrive early for setup?
    No, parties should not arrive early as they will not be admitted before the scheduled time. Tables provided are for children attending the party; additional seating for adults is available in the general admission area.
  • Is there a dress code for entering the playground?
    Yes, all children and adults entering the playground must wear socks to play.
